CFL Weight Rules
K1  - 75# skilled, **unlimited weight tackle to tackle
2nd Grade - 85# skilled, **unlimited weight tackle to tackle
3rd Grade- 105# skilled, **unlimited weight tackle to tackle
4th Grade - 115# skilled, **unlimited weight tackle to tackle
5th Grade- 130# skilled, **unlimited weight tackle to tackle

**Players over skilled weight will have a red stripe on helmet,
must be lined up on the line from tackle to tackle,
and will not be able to progress the football.




Minimum Play Rule
All CFL league members must abide by the minimum play rule.
Each football player who has not missed any practice during the current week and who is not on discipline must receive a minimum of 8 plays.
